How we handle your data.
We collect personal data only when you send it to us or when it is technically necessary to operate the site securely. This page explains what is collected, why and for how long.
Controller

What we collect
The contact form collects your name, email address and message. The Business Snapshot collects your name, email address and the answers you provide. We do not use these submissions for automated profiling or automated decision-making.
Why we use it
We use submitted data to respond to your enquiry, prepare for a conversation and take steps you asked us to take before a potential business relationship. The legal basis is primarily pre-contractual steps taken at your request and our legitimate interest in handling genuine enquiries efficiently.
If you subscribe to newsletters or other marketing communication, that would use a separate and explicit consent. Sending a contact form does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Who may access it
Your data may be accessed by Robert Andolšek and authorised people handling the enquiry. Hosting, email delivery, technical maintenance and security providers may process data only to the extent necessary to provide those services.
Retention
Enquiries and Business Snapshot answers are normally kept for no longer than 24 months after the last substantive communication, unless a contractual relationship is created or a longer period is required for tax, accounting, legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Technical data and cookies
For security and reliability, the web server may record technical data such as IP address, access time, requested URL and browser information. We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads measurement on this site. Analytics and advertising storage are denied by default and are enabled only according to your choice in the privacy settings. Google may receive technical information and measurement data when these services are used. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Measurement services
Current production identifiers: Google Analytics 4 measurement ID G-DGEJB7Z796, Google Tag Manager container GTM-TWP4PNQD and Google Ads tag AW-544981543. These identifiers do not by themselves contain your name or email address. Form content is not sent to Google Analytics or Google Ads by our site code.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and applicable Slovenian data-protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability or object to processing where the relevant conditions apply. Send requests to robert@robertandolsek.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
Updates
This notice applies to robertandolsek.com and its forms. It will be updated if the way personal data is collected or used changes materially.
