Robert Andolšek has worked in sales in private, small and medium-sized companies for over two decades. During this time, he established and led six companies to profitable results in different business areas, which he then sold to their new owners. He has spent most of his business life abroad. Through his consultancy work, he often helps various companies in Slovenia, particularly in the field of B2B sales, internal and external communication, and in comprehensive sales processes and the resulting foundation of sustainable repetitions.
He is bursting with energy and ambition. Many see him as a persistent motivator due to his respectful and mature attitude toward set tasks and goals. He sees opportunities in situations where others have given up. Robert’s personal motto is: “Heal the past, live the present and dream the future.”
